Refund / Return Policy

At Willpower India Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers and distributors with high-quality products. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction.

1. General Policy

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged upon delivery. Our policy does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund to your original mode of payment or to your product wallet.

3. Product Buy-Back Policy for Distributors

In the event a distributor wishes to terminate their distributorship, the company shall buy back any unsold, saleable products from the distributor, subject to the following conditions:

  • The products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a marketable condition.
  • The buy-back will be processed at the Distributor Price (DP) minus a 10% handling fee.
  • The buy-back policy is applicable only for a period of 30 days from the date of the distributor's last purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged/defective product or under the buy-back policy, please email our support team with your Invoice details, Distributor ID, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
