1. Introduction

By accessing this website and/or registering as a member, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Willpower India if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a distributor. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Member Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Products

Products are to be sold at or below the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Income & Payouts

All commissions and bonuses are calculated as per the official Willpower India Business Plan. Payouts are subject to TDS and other applicable statutory deductions. KYC verification is mandatory for all payouts.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
